Trend Report: the dish on two of Fall’s biggest color trends
By: Hannah Rose Marie
The colors are.. DRUMROLL please….
JADE and BURGUNDY
Let’s start with Jade. Such a stunning color in the Blue family. Here is a little guide I got from InStyle Magazine which shows you what other colors compliment Jade well. The colors are: Navy, Chalk ( which is like a grey), Eggplant, and Teal.
We at Baby Bump are obsessed with designer Daniel Rainn, and here is a beautiful detailed blouse in Jade. The sleeve length can also be adjusted to quarter length until the weather cools down a bit. The right picture is showing the beautiful detail that this blouse has. Ob–Sessed ❤
This next dress is great for those of you who maybe don’t want to wear a solid in Jade but still want that pop of color. This three tiered dress is so adorable. You can add any kind of belt to cinch the waist if you want, like we did, or just leave it flowy without a belt. Make this dress work for fall by throwing on a great jacket and you are good to go!
This dress from designer Hourglass Lilly, (we love our Maxi’s here at the Bump 🙂 ) is just beautiful. My friends, let me stress again, Maxi’s are HUUUUGE for the Fall! Don’t be afraid to rock the bump in a maxi, it’s in style! Throw on a brown leather jacket, so stinkin’ cute. Your outfit will be the talk of the party!
Last but not least, one of my favorite Fall dresses in the store is this long sleeve dress. This dress has so many amazing elements to it. The cowl neckline and empire waist with the fabric flowing away from the stomach is so flattering. Pair it with a pair of brown boots and a diaper bag for day, swap the diaper bag for a statement clutch at night. A-dorbs!
Now we are going to talk about Burgundy!
as said in InStyle,
This burgundy top works great for pregnancy and after because it’s a nursing top! Pair it with our boot leg jeans and a great diaper bag and you’re set!
This next dress is great because it is a 2 in 1 dress! You can wear it by itself like the picture on the left, or wear it with the white slip with burgundy peeking through like the picture on the right. You can wear this dress into Fall by throwing on a structured blazer and some pumps.
The next three dresses are for those of you who still want a pop of Burgundy but may not be ready to wear it as a solid. Each dress is screaming Fall trends, from aztec prints, to geometric shapes!
So there you have it! You are sure to be in style and on trend rocking either Jade or Burgundy this Fall!!
